How we operate

As well as operating this internet site Dechalma Lingerie has a lingerie shop in Childwall, Liverpool.

The way we have set up the website and the information contained therein is as a result of the experience we have gained from running the shop and feedback from all our valued customers who visit us regularly.
We know how important wearing the right size and style of lingerie is to all ladies and as a result we try to stock the best fitting lingerie on the market in the UK.

We offer a selection of colours and sizes to suit all and if you can't find a colour or style you require, it is always worth asking us, we may be able to get it for you!

By having a lingerie shop as a base we aim to have all orders for goods in stock out within 24 hours. We are also in a strong position to place special orders from suppliers and by stocking major manufacturers with quick despatch times we aim to turn these around within 14 days providing our suppliers have the items in stock. We would ask you to allow 28 days as a maximum but we will keep you up to date on the progress of your order by Email at regular intervals.

Orders

When you place an order with us, you will immediately see an orderconfirmation screen, this can be printed and kept as a record of your order. You will then receive a Receipt of payment by Email.

If we have your items in stock, your order will be despatched within 24hours. If not, the items will be ordered from the relevant manufacturer. Should any garment be unsuitable, for whatever reason, it must be returned to us at 84 Childwall Priory Road, Childwall, Liverpool, L16 7PF. It must be in its original packaging with all labels intact, and in perfect, unworn, unwashed, re-saleable condition. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods, except except over the Christmas period when returns must be received by 14th January.

Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.

Please also note that returns on hosiery cannot be accepted if the pack has been opened.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

If posting back to us it is advisable to obtain proof of postage. We do not reimburse this cost, except in the case of faulty garments or incorrect supply.

All goods are quality checked prior to despatch however, if you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should return the item to us together with a note, explaining what you believe is the problem. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you to agree the most appropriate resolution.

If a refund is required it will be provided immediately upon receipt. If analternative is required we will deliver it free of charge when the originalcomes back to us. The choice is yours. There is never a charge for carriage back to you.

We know how important it is for lingerie to fit properly, particularly bras. We therefore don't expect our customers to keep garments that do not fit as expected.

Confidentiality

Dechalma Lingerie will never pass on personal customer information to third parties.
